- Signal Depth as a Data Processor: When you upload aggregated revenue and spend data (via CSV) to our platform to use our SaaS tools, you are the Controller. We process that data solely on your behalf and according to your instructions.

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
- Contact & Lead Generation: When you use JotForm or Calendly on our site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and job title.
- Communications: If you opt-in to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you thought leadership content.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns (such as browser type and device info).
